Iran Nuclear Issue in term of logical Arguments

In wikipedia we can read: “Logic is the formal systematic study of the principles of valid inference and correct reasoning. "

In its simple form we argue that:

1) A is true

2) B is a kind of A

3) Thus B is true

it is called deduction. When we are going to cast doubt on such argument we usually try to reject line 1 or 2.

In this case we might say: A is not true or B is not a kind of A. and if the argument fails we don't know if B is true or false.

There are several arguments against Iran nuclear program like:

1) Why Iran resists on nuclear issue against all pressures?

Here are some arguments which deal with these question. In this case we try to prove it is Iran right to benefit from nuclear energy and civilian nuclear uses we call it Argument A1:

1) Every country has the right to benefit from all civil uses of nuclear issues.

2) Iran is a country

3) thus Iran has the right to benefit from all civil uses of Nuclear issues.

No one cast doubt 2nd section and everyone accepts Iran is a country. But some use to argue Iran nuclear plan isn't peaceful and try to reject line 1they might say:

2) Why Iran must be trusted in peacefulness of its nuclear program?

Countries set some standards and agencies to make sure peacefulness is practiced. IAEA is the Agency. NPT protocol is the treaty. So in worldwide agreements we call it Argument A2:

1) every country who signs the NPT agreement and practice IAEA guidelines proves his honesty.

2) Iran Is a country

3) Iran signed the NPT agreement and practice IAEA guidelines

4) thus Iran proves his honesty

But some government such as USA might cast doubt on 1st section. And they might say NPT protocol isn’t sufficient and it is not working as it should.

But they must show "it is not working as it should."

There are two arguments against that statement:

First answer is that they had similar claim: In Iraq case they used to Accuse Iraq of similar cases. We all know they were some liars.

Second answer is: up to now, there is no single country who Signed NPT protocol and joined IAEA and have developed nuclear weaponry.

If they could prove their claims at least against the two above statements. They can reject line one.

But some might cast doubt on line 3. They can say: it is true that Iran signed NPT protocol and they are IAEA member but they don't practice IAEA guidelines and NPT protocol.

The response is that:

So what are IAEA Agents doing in Iran? do you think they visit any other country more than Iran?

Iran did several options:

1) Accepted IAEA Agents in Iran and they didn't reported anything about Iranian Resistance on what is written in NPT protocol.

2) Iran Let IAEA install camera in all its active Enrichment facilities.

So Iran is loyal in its agreements.

Using argument A1 we concluded Iran has the right to use peaceful Nuclear Energy. Argument A2 proves Iran is honest.

Here's some logic for you, Abolghasem:

1. Person A demands that I close his account on Website B, for some unexplained reason.

2. Person A then goes around leaving random comments criticising me because I closed his account on Website B.

3. Person A tells me that if I don't want him on Website B, he will obey my wishes and not return.

4. I tell Person A that he is too disruptive, and that I don't want him to return to Website B.

5. Person A creates a different name and returns to Website B anyway.

6. Therefore Person A has lied on several levels, and everything Person A does on Website B is firmly based on lies.

7. Of course, Person A accuses everyone else of lying and misrepresenting the facts on Website B, when in fact the mere existence of Person A on Website B is based on a lie.

Go figure.

I do value your opinion, Abolghasem, and I think it would be great for others to be able to read your viewpoints. Unfortunately you write in a way that many find insulting, and it's not good for this writers' community.

If you're trying to convince Americans that Iran is an honest and peaceful country, I'm afraid you're doing the opposite. I know for myself, I had much greater respect for the people of Iran before I met you.

i said i am sorry. let me apologize for any bad feeling that i caused.

i thought you were against name calling and speaking against Israel but not against my presence.

but all what i did was writing(if it was insulting i apologize again). I am sure average age of readers and followers of Searchwarp must be more than 40 years. so they can find out I am wrong in most circumstances as well. no one will be indoctrinated with arguments of a naive man like me.

the fact is that i almost accomplished my thesis. so i had time to come back. I did many mistakes on the former name(I apologize for them as well).

the fact is that i like many things about American people and English language and culture. I just want to learn.

I tried not to repeat what i learned was wrong.

I just humbly beg you and all other Kind readers who think i am offensive or I write in an offensive way, to show me how to correct my attitude.

If i Lie tell me what is the lie.

if i misrepresent facts tell me what it is?

if i write in offensive term, make it clear what is offensive in my writing.

the only contradiction, i had during my presence was with a man i really admire and love. I trusted him to be tolerant in face of criticism. in many circumstances he accepted my arguments and in many circumstances i accepted his arguments. But as i trust you as a fair side. I accept it was my fault.

from now on. I don't want to convince any nation. I just set my arguments.

You've got to understand, Abolghasem, that my #1 job on this website is to make writers feel welcome here. I'm sure you understand that it's hard for anyone to be creative when they feel unwelcome.

The worst thing you could say about me here is that I am intolerant of other viewpoints, or that I treat people unfairly because of their opinions. The fact is that there are a lot of opinions represented on this website that I disagree with, but that's not important. What binds us together is our love of writing, not our political or religious views. I enjoy reading other peoples' opinions, that's why I've always said that I value your opinions. When you go around hounding others who disagree with you, it makes people feel unwelcome here, and I won't tolerate that. I have read things that you've written that I don't understand, and I'd like to ask you to explain in more detail, but frankly I'm afraid to ask you any questions because I've seen how you've treated others who have asked you questions, and I have no interest in being treated the same way.

I know you're a very intelligent man, but that intelligence is wasted if you make people mad at you because of your stubbornness. That's why I wrote this article for you a year ago: http://bruce.wrytestuff.com/swa693588-How-To-Influence-Others-What-Ive-Learned-About-How-To-Change-Someones-Opinion.htm I started learning the concept in this article when I was your age. I believe that it would benefit greatly if you would learn the concept of allowing others to arrive at their own conclusions.

The only reason that you wouldn't be welcomed here on this website, Abolghasem, is if you made others feel unwelcome here. Leaving off-topic comments on other peoples' articles and leaving divisive messages on the home page are two of biggest methods of making people feeling unwelcome.

Thanks for your guidance. I must mention I am not much better in reall world as wel. one of my classmates just mentioned me that too. I think it is becuase of the 4 years i spent in electrical engineering. I can remember I had to take one of the curses for second time becuase of omitting a in one equation. such hapenings turtured my soul and it made me extrem in expressing my opinion and in judging about statements as well.

let me assure you I am one of opponents of myself as well. I think I must correct my approach as well.

But i am a little slow in figuring out what is "leaving Off-topic comments" and what are "divisive massages" as well. could you please make it clear in an article or personal massage or example? I promise if you teach me this valuable things i will always be thankful of you.

"A bowl of gas, him", if I mispronounce your name, I know that you'll forgive me.

Iran wants to eliminate Israel,( and kill more Americans, as it did for ten years in Iraq,) and its publically stated foreign policy is to develop atomic weapons of mass destruction to achieve these goals.

Iran kills thousands of its own citizens, tortures many more in prison, for peacefully protesting the regime's internal security forces.

Where do you stand, or sit on this?

You are smarter than you pretend, because you sense that

your "presence" deeply offends, just like your expression "humbly", barely conceals derision.

all my article are in form of Logical arguments. I made some arguments and you can reject them with sound reasoning. you can reject my statements as well. If I am wrong make it clear what is wrong with my argument.

lets deal with your argument:

you claim

1) Iran Is going to Eliminate Palestine occupation

2) Iran is going to these with Atomic Bomb.

3) thus Iran peaceful Nuclear program is not peaceful.

line1 and 2: what is the Problem of Iran with what happened in Palestine?

1) Iran is in favor of Native Palestinians who are forced to live outside Palestine.

2) Palestine is a small land

3) attacking Palestine with atomic Bomb will make all of this land useless for thousands of years.

4) Thus it wont help Palestinians at all.

neglecting consequences of such happenings it is an action with no benefit for what Iran seeks for undermined Palestinians.

your next argument is actually a fallacy. we can conclude you say: Iran is bad. because Iran is killing its own people for peaceful protest. I think if Iran is such a bad regime that you claim, Iranian people have the most priority to overthrown current system. in its simple rude term which you are used to understand things: It is none of your business.

Just one humble question:

Pinchus Zelig is an Insult or your name?
